The location was very convenience - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. We visited Roopali Honten, based close to the hotel. The breakfast was varied and large with pastries and the bakery and meats, the restaurant was top-notch.

The location was unbeatable and awesome excited by the proximity to the Hiroshima Carps stadium and met needs.

Had varied and large breakfasts with Western food, meats plus yogurt in the restaurant. The hotel had a very convenience location next to the main station-very short way from the Skinkansen tracks of the station.

The setting was marvellous, just off JR Station, Loop Bus station, tram & bus terminal, the train station which has a great collection of restaurants and the main sights of Hiroshima.

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a lively area, close enough to central Hiroshima, many restaurants around to satisfy different needs and the tourist information centre.

The location is easy and handy, to further adventures touring Japan. The units are beautifully presented with a great view.

Sincerely, it was an excellent stay of my whole japan vacation. Had a large room and a wonderful breakfast for my needs. The hotel's position was great, to reasonably priced restaurants. I appreciated the Western cuisine served in the lobby restaurant.

The rooms are generous-sized, tastefully decorated, and come with coffee, complementary tea and a Nespresso machine. The hotel provided a terrific customer service during our weekend. What is more, there is free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location right next to the bullet train station made it super convenient, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by ensuring that the buffet is well-stocked and the queues are managed more efficiently.

The location and the level if comfort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Many of the staff didn't know the correct answer to questions about simple things, like where the streetcars were located and how one buys tickets. And the streetcars ae just on the south side of the station, whereas the hotel is on the north side. One person at reception told me that the street car didn't stop anywhere near the art museum and main garden, whereas there is a stop with the name of the garden which is a two minute walk from the streetcar. I think that these are very bad flaws for people working in a hotel that caters to tourists as these are very simple questions that any tourist would have.

Luxurious at a great price. Excellent location, just nearby the train station.
